The BID ROOM is provided to both contractors and customers alike. The purpose to provide a single location where property managers, owners, and customers can publish a request for services.

All properties listed in the BID ROOM, are available to contractors at the indicated rates therein for the service identified under the property listing. Properties not currently up for BID are assigned on a first come first serve basis, to any qualified contractor. Properties listed for BID will close on the listing date and will be assigned to the lowest qualified bidder.

Contractors are free to publish any properties they are seeking sub contractor work for. MDSR does not guarantee the valididty of any listings published by contractors. All contact will be between the contractor and the indpendant parties interested. MDSR does not charge any fees, nor participates in these transactions.
